Eugene Schenkman
Eugene Schenkman graduated from Rutgers University in 1947, where he received a bachelor’s degree. In 1950, he received a law degree from Rutgers Law School and has been a developer for the past 37 years.

Murray Kushner
Murray Kushner graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pennsylvania in 1973, where he recieved a bachelor's degree in economics. In 1976 Mr. Kushner graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. From 1976 to 1979, Mr. Kushner practiced law in New York at Rogers & Wells. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations. Mr. Kushner has been a developer for the past 23 years.

Jeff Persky
Jeff Persky, a graduate of the University of South Carolina (B.S. Accounting), has been affiliated with Schenkman and Kushner since 1987. Previously, Mr. Persky was a principal at Eric Bram & Company, one of New Jersey’s leading commercial brokerage companies. Throughout his career, Mr. Persky has been involved with leasing transactions exceeding 13,000,000 square feet.

Charles Scheinerman
Charles Scheinerman graduated from Queens College in 1972 where he received a B.A. He has been a real estate developer for the past 24 years and has built garden apartments, condominiums, single family homes, and townhomes. His expertise includes land acquisition, preparation of site plans and obtaining approvals, construction, as well as sales and apartment Management.

Joseph Punia
Joseph Punia is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University (B.S. Civil Engineering) and the University of Pennsylvania – Wharton (M.B.A.) From 1975 until 1997, Mr. Punia was a principal at Punia Company, responsible for site engineering, approval and construction Management of 1,500,000 square feet of office and industrial projects, including World’s Fair Corporate Center, South Gold Industrial Park and Princeton South.
